sorry for the bad picture but i still dont know what is means like one i click the dbo game icon the dragon come up where it is suppose to start patching and that just comes up

Re-download the game and make sure you have a fast enough internet connection.

do you mean reinstalling or actually downloading the game again because that took forever

no I am having the same problem

Have you tried launching the installer as administrator? That seems to be the best fix. I suppose it depends on what windows version you are running, as XP sets your account up as administrator where Vista and 7 set limits to your account through User Access Controls. If that doesn't work, then I'm not sure what to tell you.

i tried running as administrator but im having the same problem




i also check and see if i reinstalled it wrong but that wasnt the problem so im out of ideas but thanks any way

Are you running a firewall or antivirus? I just found that Norton seems to block DBO. Had to go into the firewall settings and allow everything for DBO to run.
