Yes plasma attack speed is very rewarding as it also can save you sp on skills because you dont really need to max them and allows you to use a skill the moment you want to. I say this as the animation when you casting the skill can't be undone unless you get CC.
But about that second kid buu skill, do you find it usefull at all? the first skill doesnt loose much in output, its faster and is spammable if you want to
