Why people waste sp for whirlwind, this skill suck when it's +2 and +12 claws on 25lvl [102+170] = 4x 220dmg...
Cyclone isn't special strong but is still great as aoe.
Energy Siege and Hellzone Grenade are really good so they must be.
Dragonic Curse, i think it's nice skill when you won't play as a gnamek.
Special Beam Cannon, great skill for dw, because dmg isn't low and lvling with it is much easier...

Am i wrong?

I am not good at builds (coz I am newbie on them :DD), but what about skill speed? If I know, Special Beam Cannon has a very long casting?

Is this PvP or PvE?

It have cooldown 20seconds and casting i think 4seconds, isn't v. long at all.

For PvE, to pvp player "must" add some sp into: confusion, draconic overpowering and disastrous blow.

You need whirlwind to tank mobs and lock agro on you. Special Beam Cannon charges for ages and you need to waste 3SP just to get it... Not sure about the Kaio. I will go with this for PvE:

Do you ever play dw? Making quests is really hard with 2 the worst skills in game. And in title is written [+ gnamek]

Yea, I did. Those are for Agro. I was able to keep ~4 mobs and kill them (slow, but allways) with those skills. And remember that GN have 1 hour Cooldown
