This guide should help you add and talk to friends while in the Korean version of DBO.
First, open the options menu on the bottom right side. (The orange button.)
Then you look for the button that looks like 2 little guys:
After that, the friends window should open up, from here, you click the add friend button, to the very left on the window:
And then you just type in the player's name. Remember you have
to make sure its completely correct. If a letter in their name is capitalized and you don't capitalize it, it won't go through.
And lastly, you just press the talk button and you're good to go. :D
