Super Healing Wave and Kami's Mercy are stronger, but healing faster > healing stronger.

Only having Antenna Beam isn't enough. You need Super Antenna Beam as well.

TrunksX2, your build is stupid. Super healing wave and Kami's mercy are the best skills. I am always using them. I call them fast heal. Reli's build misses buff in Dende tree and IT. Ronhell, I can send you the best dende build.

By fast healing, I do not mean casting, I mean cooldown. The interval between heals. The cooldown on those two skills is way too big. They are a waste of SP, and are NOT fast healing. They are the strongest healing skills, but certainly not the best.

Is this build for KR Raditz?

The build of trunkX2 is not soo bad. If you think you can help your party with super healing wave try it in cc dungeon... Youll make your party die.
Faster healing is simply better, no matter you say. I can heal 12k in 5 seconds in lv 50, to the same player or divide in different players. With super healing wave you can heal the same (with really good equip) to only one player, and you must wait to do it again.
Finally I wish you dont say more words like "stupid build", better to respect the others
