What kind of gear do i need to stack attack speed?

attack speed can only be on gloves and sub weapons i beleive well in your case a staff and you sub weapon

What kind of gear do i need to stack attack speed?

Just get much of speed on Staff and Sub. It is pretty awesome for PvP (with kaioken on lvl 3).

can get 8% on hat too if you got some of those dogi attribute items
