THIS GUIDE IS OUTDATED. YOU NO LONGER NEED TO DO THESE STEPS TO CREATE FULL ACCOUNT. PLEASE REFER TO THE ACCOUNT CREATION GUIDE ON HOW TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT.

Welcome to the new and improved guide on how to set-up a full account instead of purchasing one for $8-$10. It is a much safer option because you do need to give out your password to gain full member access!

Remember, if you still feel this method is unsafe, make a new account and use that one as your full account. You can gift items to your main account later on.

Let's get started!

REMINDER: THIS WORKS FOR EVERYONE AND NOT JUST THE TAIWANESE.

STEP 1: Sign into Wasabii by pressing the large 'Login' button (highlighted red in the picture below).

STEP 2: Sign in with your login credentials (These credentials are the ones you use to login into the DragonBall Online client).



STEP 3: Refer to the top right-hand corner of the page. You need to click the red, highlighted button as shown in the picture below. This will take you to the member centre where you can begin creating your full membership access!



STEP 4: Now were are getting to the good stuff! You need to fill out all of the following criteria. Please pay special attention to the picture for this step as it explains exactly what to put in each field!



For your ID number, I used my driver's license number. You need the ID number to be an official number because you'll need it for the next few steps.

STEP 5: Once you have filled out everything, you should be taken to the next page:



Here, this page is explaining that you need to verify your application by downloading a 'FaxReport' form. You can do this by clicking the red highlight area on the picture (Don't worry, you don't need to fax anything to Wasabii, that is what e-mail is for!).

NOTE: SOME PEOPLE ARE HAVING PROBLEMS DOWNLOADING THE FAX REPORT. USE THIS LINK TO DOWNLOAD IT: http://www.mediafire.com/?c1dqlzb152gilxj

STEP 6: Once you have download the form, open it as a Word document and fill out the fields as shown below:



STEP 7: Once you feel you have filled everything our correctly, save the word document and close the file (remember where you saved it!).

Now, you need to go to your e-mail provider (I used hotmail for my e-mail address) and create a new message like so:



You need to address the e-mail to: [email protected]

The subject topic has to be this: 海外玩家會員認證

This translated means 'Foreign Player Account Validation'.

Then, attach your FaxReport to the e-mail and send it off!

STEP 8: If you filled out your application incorrectly, then you'll receive a reply e-mail within 4-5 hours saying:

親愛的玩家您好:

於2012/4/8 本公司接獲您的傳真欲申請完整會員驗證事宜，您的帳號為：ACCOUNT NAME
由於您會員中心資料與證件不符，故此端無法受理您的案件，謝謝。 　
日後若有任何其他問題，也歡迎您隨時向客服人員反應，再次感謝。

Translated:

Dear players hello:

Your fax received at the Company 2012/4/8 wish to apply for full membership verification matters, your account: ACCOUNT NAME
Your Member information and documents do not match, therefore the client can not accept your case, thank you.
The future if you have any other questions, please feel free to response to customer service, thanks again.


If you filled out your application successfully, you'll get an e-mail back saying this:

親愛的玩家您好：

於2012/04/08 本公司接獲您的資料。您申請的帳號為： ACCOUNT NAME　
目前已協助處理完畢，已通過完整會員認證，還請您登入會員中心進行確認。
日後若有任何其他問題，也歡迎您隨時向客服人員反應，謝謝。

Translated:

Dear players hello:

2012/04/08 The Company has received your information. You are applying for the account number is: ACCOUNT NAME
Has helped disposed through full membership certification, please log in Member Center to confirm.
Future if any other questions, you are welcome at any time reaction to customer service, thank you.



Once you receive this confirmation e-mail (Which usually takes a couple hours at the minimum), go back to the homepage of Wasabii and log back in. It'll say underneath your avatar that you are now a full member!

Thanks very helpful, I used a previous guide but it only told me to send an email with a form filled out and I have yet to get a response. Hopefully this will work thanks!!

What if we dont have a license??I have a school ID??

School ID should be fine. As long as you can match up an ID number with your ID card, everything should work smoothly.


No, you do not! Just follow the steps provided and you're good to go! You'll need a method of payment when purchasing points only!

usa id works? im not chines do i rely need scan my id card? and where i buy points card on $?

All IDs work. You must scan you ID card and input it into the FaxReport before you send your e-mail to Wasabii.

You can buy points from CN-USA. I will be updating this guide in the near future to include how exactly you go about purchasing cash shop points!

when it says date of birth it says i need a legal Representative. i might sound stupid but what does that mean? X)
