Hmm Kr will always be fun and Im sure a Few Ppl you use to play with are there…but its somewhat of a ghost town Except JusticeLeague and the other English Guild all in all its your choice.I would go with the fresh start :3
The Foreign community on TW is larger then KR ever was but the economy is screwed to the point of if you dont plan on buying the cash shop your going to have no chance in ranked end game.
Come to TW. KR is just an empty wasteland that people use to test out new updates or the people that are stuck living in the past. In the end everyone comes back to TW server 2 as we arent that far behind updates. The only people that move to KR and HK are the people that can't handle the economy and they keep complaining about it.
Another problem you could have with KR is the law they implemented where between certain times your account will be locked out if you have a child KR account.
As Jax said, most of the english community is still on TW server 2 which will mean you will always have someone to play/party with.
The economy isn't that bad anymore. Most of the prices have gone down compared to 2 months ago.
U55 Whites used to be 120mil now their are only 30mil or so.
Properties 9 earrings went down from 1 bil to 600mil in 3 days.
U60 Purple went from 600mil to 150-200mil.
Granted its seems expensive but its easy to make zeni, just farm mudosa points and spend them in the tournament gambler. Many ppl have made billions by doing this method.

As you can buy TW accounts also. BTW since the OP said he used to play Kr this is not an issue for him/her.
My account and/or Character has never been locked I don't know where you heard this but this is false. Unless you are speaking about the age restriction which only effect some people since not everyone has a child account.
