Did you create your account on Wasabii? If not then thats the problem.

did you use that guide? because its what i used and i had no troubles.
One other thing. Try repatching your client (you can do this by opening up DBO and on the right side of the patcher screen there will be 2 buttons, one on top of the other. click the one on top and that will repatch your client. wait until it is COMPLETELY patched before exiting or playing.)
Follow that guide and do the repatch and you should be good to go
ok i will try that . Not sure if i lost my account or something. Help I can't log in to wassabii how do i get account back? The on screen keyboard doesn't work what happen. And i still get message saying CapeLock what does that mean.
OK. Easiest thing to do would be make another account so do that. That guide i linked u to should explain how to make it. Now as u see at the end he clicks the 'tick' button which takes him to a page where u activate games for ur account. just click the Writing on the bottom LEFT of the Dragon Ball Online Logo to activate it.
Another thing to do is Run the DBO launcher in administrator mode and then REPATCH. for someone reasons this seems to force it to repatch better.
