Launcher doesn't run when updating.Is this an update or just general maintenance,

That's what I like about this game. When they shut off the server the launcher stops working, unlike other games where they let you get all the way to the login screen and try to log in which is very misleading.



Not sure. They said September we get CC dungeon. It's not September here yet but in Taiwan it is...

does it matter? the game is down.
