This has been happening for awhile. Every night 12-1 am like clockwork. I get some pretty bad lag. It only happens with DBO, I ran some other games and nothing happened. I scanned for viruses, restarted my computer, reset my router, called tech support. I can't find the cause. Nobody else seems to experiencing this as far as I know, so it doesn't seem to be a server problem but it's not on my end either.
