it will overwrite all the stats ur equip has and put new ones. lets say u get the max stat with silver box, u will have 29 of that stat and nothing else, if u get 10 of the stats u chosed u will get other 19 random stats.

I just got the 7th dragonball and I made a wish, I got an egg from it, opened it and there was a purple mr popo ball with some coins next to it and a sparkle in the upper right hand corner, I've tried to active this but nothing seems to happen, any help would be greatly appreciated.
I have multiple items that I don't know the use off.

The legendary items is for carrot event. (search on forum carrot event for more info)
The blue scroll is a bonus exp scroll 2 hour duration. It increases the exp by 20% when you kill a monster.
The superior item is an useless EP regen chip. Only 1.
The yellow ball is used to speed up your mount (motor bike,car..etc). Get on/in your bike/car and then right click the yellow orb in your inventory to equip it.
The purple face is for reviving a friend/player if he died.
The purple figure is for teleporting you to your home location. But here it's written kokkara so maybe it will teleport you to kokkara.
The silver orb/item removes abdominal pain i think. (kinda useless too).
the neck on the left:
first stat is 3% increase in one property (i dont know what property, just equip it and see the value that increase)
second stat is success to debuffs
the neck on the right:
first stat same as before
second stat is resistance to debuffs
