Anyways I killed a Mob and it gave me some weird treasure chest with he words 21 - 35 LV

But I can't open it because I need some sort of key but don't know where to get it. Bu I was guessing it was a level up item like we had in closed betas.

well that isn't a lv up item, i a treasure chest that need a related key to be open, sorry i don't remember which key was

U can buy keys in cash shop and in T points store, they are inside some kind of balls.

What is does two iteams and how do i get them????

I believe they are obtained through the Dungeon Master Event but I'm a bit sketchy on the details. I think you can obtain them by clearing dungeons as in howicanhelpu's guide.
