It's a good theory but it's a low chance and a small confuse , it's quicker to attk at 100% speed than take a second to use it when you can just attack . The ghost just auto attacks and is incredibly weak , it's better to put points in actual useful skills . I know the ghost is cool but it's just totally useless . Besides by the time your stun ends your opponent should be dead

So Swiftness is also useless...
I think i'll go for your speed build, maybe I'll take 2 point from Blitz for Kame, but I don't know. It will all depends if I can get a 25% weap. How much speed % does kaio give? I tried Storm, I NEVER confuse target in Lv1 (I tried really a lot of times, maybe I couldn't because of my state succes rate, idk), and it interrupts the combo during a fraction of time. It's better to keep hitting than trying to confuse target for what, keep hitting next?

Swiftness is useless again due to hit rate , dodge and crit rate system not working properly . Yeah you don't need blitz fist if you got 2x 25 speed weps . You get speed from dogi spade coins and use them on a hat for attack speed . So if you get 10% which I think is max on a legend coin then you only need to use 40% speed so 2x20% speed weps which will save you a lot of money . Yeah storm is useless just keep attacking . Not sure about kaio speed maybe 10% -20% but you CANNOT use kaio or SSj with thunder

I think kaioken increase attack speed by 20% , just compare it with lv 4 Blitz Fist , it almost same.
and i want to ask if you really can stun the foe like fighter or Swordsman if you only gear with dex without focus ? is it often to stun the swordsman ? because when i 1 vs 1 with swordsman , i often miss to stun him .

Yeah I know, I just asked Kaio %speed because I was thinking that maybe I'll need Blitz Lv4 anyway for using it with Kaio when Thunder is on cooldown, for getting a nearby 100% speed also. But If you say that Kaio gives an average of 5%-15% I don't know if it will be worth.

So what you are telling this community is that you can in fact activate Thunder under the already overpowered effects of the ssj pot?
