I honestly haven't touched DBO since mid-2011. I started my journey late 2009 I do believe, which is Korean DBO of course.

I'm not caught up with any of the versions at all (I do drop by here often times, so I do know a little), not sure where most of the american players shifted to or if most are in the same place.

I think I have a level 25 fighter, I was in SSJKiego's clan I do believe (or was it lonjins?). I have a sudden interest to play again, possibly because I want to achieve super saiyan (though I do wish they lowered that cool down a bit, that was annoying to see.)

But yes, please do fill me in on what I've been missing/ what version would be best to play on as of now.

If your interested in playing where most american/english speaking people play that would be the Taiwanese version server 2. I dunno what you would of missed but I think it would of been the level 60 patch (december) and flight being added into the game seeing how you quit mid 2011. The level 70 patch is already out in Korea but will be coming out soon in the other versions.

Kiego still plays all versions I believe while Lonjin did quit awhile back. Hopefully he will return someday.

Anyway I'm glad you found the spark to play this game again.

I may switch over to Taiwanese version, is creating an account there as complicated as it is creating a Korean account?

Flight is in the Taiwanese version.

It isn't hard to make an account they don't ask for anything but an email. There is a thread on how to make one somewhere.

Really now?, they have made the process to sign up for this game so simple nowadays. Back then there was the whole process of even obtaining a KSSN/kid KSSN and then getting it authenticated -- which was the most difficult part of the whole process..

I'm for sure going to give taiwan a go, but if that doesn't go too well, I'll switch back over to Korean.

I play TW and HK. Both are good, but they still have their pros and cons. I really would want to play KR version, heard its the best one, but you have to go through so much trouble just to get an account for KR, either buying an account, or getting and authenticating an adult KSSN for yourself. I just feel its just too much trouble to play KR.
