No offense, but this doesn't answer any of my questions. I completed level 15 flight tutorial quest and did all the quests after that. Once i achieved level 25 i went to the afro guy near Korin's tower and he didn't have any quest for me, now i am level 32 and still he has no quest for me, please help me ='(. Then i try what other people say, Open quest log and map and match the quests but they dont match. I keep thinking its one of these quests in Kokkara or whatever, that are holding me back, they are the LAST quest i have there, but the problem is, they dont show on map, and i tried going to the dungeon there but they do not show there either, If someone knows where these quests are, or knows why i cannot fly PLEASE help me ='(

anyways ... to asnwer your perdicament ... you probably already did that quest

Actually the thing was, it said i failed the quest, so i looked through my quest list until i saw a quest that says level 15, i forfeited and went to the Human start location map, then i scanned for quests with my scouter and one popped up, i went to it and it was the guy to give me the flying quest, so now im flying, but 450 AP sucks =/, not as great as i thought it would be.  |

My problem is the afro guy gives me a quest before the kill 20 monsters quest and it doesn't tell me where to go or what to do. I guess I have to meet someone or do something?
Never mind the scroll took a while to appear or something.

to obtain the actual ability ... you have to be level 30 , masterclass and adult ...
to get flight scrolls , you get two at level 15 and one at level 20

i dont really get it
what i think you mean is that you had a quest that you didnt do so you couldn't finish the flight quest chain.. |

I found this strange but,Im a human (Hong Kong) and Im level 30,I got the quest,I finished the purple suit and orange haired guys quest,But it wont direct me to the second quest giver,whats going on?

It probably wont .. each guy has a set of his own , And it wont tell you to go to the other guy .. You just have to follow the guide and go to the second guy on your own , he will also have three quests , and so will the last guy .. But neither will Tell you to go to the other guy |
