at upgrade verdor you can upgrade your items to +12 with it :P depending on lvl of item in this case item lvl max lvl 11

Get legendary gears (lvl 58-60), open up silver box, put gear in, choose stat and BANG. You get stat, but it's randomly how much of it you will get. Sometimes you can get for example 28 CON from first or sometimes you will get 15 CON from first!
