"When player kills another player (makes PK) he gains bad karma points. After gaining enough bad karma points player gets some kind a bounty and some kind a NPC such like Great Saiyaman(lol) with high lvl comes to defeat him (Guard boss fight). If player wins he gains some kind a bonus, and if he looses gains penalty(similar to death penalty with additional downsides). In addition the more bad karma points player has the darker his nick gets and he gets dark glow(bad karma). If other player kills person with bad karma he takes some amount of bad ones zennie(again its a matter of the difference between lvls). To make bad karma dissapear player will need to kill some number of mobs equal to his lvl and bad karma points under time limit (time when boss or guards spawns near bad karma player) or use item that removes bad karma.
Opposite to bad karma -hero(Good Karma), player that plays as bounty hunter and hunts bad karma players. Player takes quest from police or guard NPC and locations of bad karma players apear on the map. After hunting down those players hero players gets hero reward like zeni or other stuff. Also the more good karma points hero has the lighter his nick gets and he also gets light glow. (Bounty hunter gameplay:) This system would be an addition of activities that player can do after he hits max lvl." This would make game feel more like dbz, add more evil vs good gameplay style. I support any ideas related to PvP.
I would like the Time and Spirit chamber and power ups for SSJ like kaioken. 1st use,SSJ,2nd use,SSJ2,3rd use,SSJ3. I would really like the SSJ thing but,majins and namekians would be weaker... For majins could be implemented a Super Buu and... I don't know xD But for namekians... Union? I don't know. Well,at least the Time and Spirit chamber is feasible xD
A suggestion for all of you guys carrying around ideas for the Developers in your heads, write NTL (The DBO developers) -an e-mail concerning your ideas and sugesstions for the game, because they actually do listen to us more frequently than most think.
Instead of only sharing your thoughts here, or wandering around with them burning inside, why not do something about it? :-)

I would like to have a barber shop in the game so you can change your hair style (since almost everyone has the same hair now.) I hate how you are stuck with the same look for the rest of the game. I would also like to see face animations instead of just one facial expression that your again stuck with forever. I don't know about anyone else but it's kind of creepy when your character just has that same smile or angry face the entire time
It's most likely been said numerous times. Skinny Male Majin, better manlier voices. UI customization for color patterns.
Decent Regen out of battle. Sure when your level 1~20 the passive EP/LP regen does work but once you get 8k+ LP/EP that regen isn't as beneficial.
Also on the scouter getting the +XX LP/EP regen bonus doesn't even work in battle so if they could make that work in battle that'd actually be more beneficial. Seeing as how I dislike having to sit down after every mob just to recover my lp/ep...it kinda dilutes the experience.
Sure goku and gang ate their fair share of food but c'mon tell me once when they eat food while killing monsters..they don't sure they eat after hyperbolic time chamber training and after killing majin buu. But they don't "spoil" their appetites while working.
I'd also like more outfits suits and sayian armour is nice don't get me wrong. Just i'd like to be able to have a wider variety, you know like dressing up for Halloween (e.i. scream mask, black cloak, etc.) Too me it seems that we get the same run of the mill costumes every other month and they feel that suffices.
