I always use kaioken 1x to increase my attack and i crit on mobs 8. Of the 10 times
attack speed still the same
Lp% got lastly limited to 70% instead of 60%

Thats mobs LOL not in PvP where people actually you know use Anti-crit. Who cares about critting mobs we're worried about critting other players in battles

In pvp i too crit but since people use also anti crit not always
Bbut thats called balanced and not 1hitting people
