I apparently dont have permission to access DBO.Exe....even as an administrator which makes it impossible to run. The game worked for me late last night after the maintenance but now the launcher downloads some stuff checks some stuff gives me an error then looks like its going to work but when I click start, it disappears and nothing happens. Any one else have the same problem?

Remove the latest patch, download one of the older ones (you can find them on this site or the official) and then bypass the launcher by using the DBO app. This should fix any problems you're having.
How can I remove the patch? Also I can not click on DBO.exe because it gives me a windows error saying that i don't have permission to access the file even though im running it as admin.
If you go into the core file, you should see a CurrentPatchVer (labeled as a XML Document) and a patchw32.dll (app extension). I deleted both of these on my desktop, and it's worked so for me. It should fix any issue seeing as how the rushed maintenance work is probably what caused this.
As far as not being able to run it though you're an admin, all I can say is try checking the properties and making sure it's being ran as an admin.
I'll try the delete but I honestly am at a loss for what to do about being unable to run the DBO.exe file. I googled the error and by all accounts I shouldn't be getting it. It makes no sense unless I have malware on my system but its the only file behaving this way so I don't think that's it. Thank you for your help.
Im going to reinstall...again...X_X thank you though for the help and posting the new english patch...i was never able to get any english patch to work since i started playing a week ago. Maybe this time it will work... who knows.
Look, this new update has something really messed up cause on the laucher it shows V. 1.57.21 but if you go to the game folder and open the versionInfo It shows a older one. I think it shows 1.57.03. I think the error is caused by this update non-updated (if you guys got what i meant to say). It's showing one thing, but actually it's another.

I think you'll need to be able to update and actually go in game first, for that versionInfo to change.
