It's the CC Battle Duengon book that gives u a quest from which you can get free LP/EP potions that can be only used in CCBD. You can get the reward (after taking the quest) in Westlands,West City.
what about the exact same item but without the "E" ? the one you can buy from the a merchant , I tried one after I died and had the debuff and it didn't work (the ones with the "E" worked)
