Ok Thank you!

ok well i was told that because you cant read quest you can still do then by following your map to the red circles/markers which was working fine untill on the last few quests there has been nothing on my map some1 please help :)

Forgive me for this, if this isn't enough information. But, I'm a Wonder Majin, who got this quest around level 12.

There is an "X" marker nearby a bus stop, but there is no enemy or person to talk to. Also, this is not the usual marker for swarms or item collection, but I tried sweeping all enemies anyway. No luck. Also, I can't seem to even find a monument to speak with, like in some other quests. I tried using a quest item, but still no luck. I tried a number of things, and have no clue what to do. Any help would be great. thanks.

I've had this quest for a long time, but it bothers me that I have never completed it. And, I know many other Majins need help with this one. Thanks once again.

Does anyone remember what lv you need to do majin quest which gives you to care doggy on your back and where is it?

I had one around level 40 i think. Never finished it though.
But i remember one around level 1-20 in a Majin Village on the Majin Map where you get the quest to beat that Pure Majin.

Same here. I recall getting that quest between levels 10-15. And, as Mizoru said, it was around when you fight the two Pure Majins. I don't recall who gives you the quest though. It was a timed quest, located in the village with the old guy who gives you the dragon balls.

This guy. For the location, look at that giant dirt hill/ house on my map, in the screen shot above your post. directly under the green arrow.
You know you're there when you see the giant dog statue.
