Do mob quests and once turned in, 'test' flying with scrolls
Next go to Korin Tower and talk to Afro Goku Swordsman
Do all quests given by him and after go to the center of Korin and talk to the new namek guy
He will give you a quest where you travel to 3 other people and complete 3 quests each for them, then return to him and you will receive flight :D |

Im in the last mission for human. I can see that i will get the passive for this quest so it is the last one. I have a circle on the map but there is nothing here. Just some npcs. I have done all quests from them and nothing. What to do here?

For the three quest givers for the "last" quest from the namek in Korin:
Northwest outpost: Quest Giver will send you into RP base (not the dungeon), there will be a LOT of people camping mobs here, pick 1-2 spawns that are close to each other and stay on top of them. Kill one, get to the next and kill it as it pops...
Quest 1: The brown bulls with no shirts (item quest)
Quest 2: The brown bulls with shirts (item quest, crappy drop rate)
Quest 3: the Super Leopard at the north shooting range (kill only)
Northeast Outpost: sends you to a nearby little RP camp for first two and a random mob for 3rd.
Quest 1: Kill bears, single item drop (i got it on first try, dont know drop rate)
Quest 2: gather quest, there are little boxes around the camp, right click, only need 1
Quest 3: Kill quest, unique super mob. its a little blue dragon with a large spine, just group with whoever is camping.
Southeast Outpost:Easy peasy everything is close to quest giver
Quest 1: gather grass, they are everywhere, you only need 5.
Quest 2: gather flowers, they are everywhere, you need 10.
Quest 3: Kill quest, Super Wolf, unique spawn, group with whoever is there.
Hope this helps people navigate the confusion i went through all morning.
Edit: one more word of advice, SAVE all the temp flight scrolls you get in the early quest chain for getting around during the northwest outpost quests.
