The first two are chest keys, the gold keys are for the lower lv chests (the red, blue, green lv 31-50 chests), the sillver keys are for the lv 51-55 chests; the third item is wagu coin and the last item is an item that will put effects on a dogi.

about the last item, can u tell me something more if u know? like the effect is permanent? what kind of effect can i get? and can i use more of those items to upgrade more times a dogi? like with equips. thanks

the effect should be permanent; you can get effects like constitution, LP % recover and you can only use it once on a dogi, though beware because your dogi could break if you use this item on it.

thanks for your answer. do u know maybe how much are the possibilities to break the dogi? and if there is an item like the white stone for equips so i cant break a dogi?
