I doubt they're trying to be exclusive with dogis. They're most likely testing dogis popularity to see how rare they should make them on the other versions. It wouldn't make sense for netmarble to ration content like that to certain languages. I hope they don't make the supreme kai dogi too rare when it comes to the TW version.

Nope. It's in Hong Kong as well.

The Kaioshin dogi isn't even on KR yet. So I guess either just a HK unique, or HK and TW one.
