yes.. that tiny stone always drop at majin map. (that stone to make hoi poi stone: the old stone for upgrade some equipment's before big update)

Are there any merchants that sell the pills that restore 3500 LP/2450 EP? The best I've found is the rat merchant that sells the 2950 LP/2070 EP pills northeast of West City. Thanks.

Unfortunately, thats the highest pots/pills that will restore your health that you can buy from the NPCs. All the rest are either obtainable from the AH, cash shop, the wagu wagu machine and the event item machine.
