1. Make lvling slower, not like now you can reach max lvl in 2-3 weeks
2. If its possible make bigger party not only for 5 members
3. Full PVP channel, or for example papaya island will be free pvp zone in all channels so its will be harder to get max lvl alone = u need to play with party, guild. And we can see nice guild wars...
4. Change transformations. With time limitation not EP drain. So in 20lvl u got SSJ/kid buu for 5 mins. In 30lvl 10mins etc,etc and in 70 u can use it for ever so its a little motivation to get 70lvl.

I thought of that Jocer but putting a cash shop would bring law issues cause we would be taking money from a game we don't even own. Making private server when all DBO is dead, is fine but taking money from users is a whole different thing.
However we are gonna put a donation center where users can support our work with their money and in exchange we send gifts via ingame email, or something else we might think of, as a thank you.
I know it sounds a lot a like but it's not the same at it's core...

A Donation system would be fine. RO servers do it all the time.

We need cash shop.. After 1-2 month no1 donate zen... With cash shop if ppl want be op need shop some money, I think is best with cash shop

Besides, your logic of putting a cash shop so that people become OP, it's same thing wasabii does, what's the point of a private server if you go and make same mistakes than the company that ripped your money off...

i agree with keigo when i played GTA SAMP there was donation center too so i can say its nothing like cash shop its just help center for game,to make server alive and to improve
