it can still be for fighter, it will probably have an extremely high base damage so that even with very poor SOL it will still do some serious damage. anyway lets wait for some official news

if im not mistaken, hsf = human skill fighters. cause, that icon gather with other fighters skills.
It'll probably be a HTB3 skill, anyway If it isn't it should be for all classes, don't think just cause goku used it no one else can : / Genkidama can be learnt by anyone but kaiosame only taught it to goku, so... yes it'll prolly be for all classes

2nd: EVEN if Fighters get this skill, it would probably mean changing your build...a lot to make this work for you.
3rd: This might just be a HTB skill, but considering there is a HUMAN on the picture of it. Most Likely Not.
If it were an attack it would have to have some drawbacks. Like uses all your EP, you need to be in some form of critical LP state etc...You would need to be in a party to draw energy from them. Or you draw energy from guild members online at the time, the more on the more damage.
Buff it could just draw energy from mobs around, people in party etc...
I dunno, there are a fair few possibilities. Just it couldn't be used in a huge scale.
I doubt they would renew the HTB1 skill for Spirit humans only and no one else receives a new one as well. However, there's a possibility that this new icon could be the new thumbnail for Spirit Humans HTB1.
