Can you change the ID? And is there a way to report someone if they hack your account?

someone needs to update this guide it dont work anymore wasabii has changed the way to get you 3 ID numbers that aloows you to change your password

Yeah, this guide isn't working for me. On Step 2, when I click what you've highlighted it takes me to a completely different screen.
