Rare 1060 def. is the way to go :-D
23% LP absorb or 28 stats like foc, con etc is max though (No biggie, really)

Really? I was always told that 23% was the maximum for lvl 70 rares, seing as it supposedly shares same amount of maximum stats with the lvl 58-60 Legendary items.
