I'm sorry, but I'm just like Lord Jaison, I'm having a hard time collecting dragon balls as a level 40 swordsman, drop rate is not that great, I even tried RP2 and didn't get even one drop! These things are so hard to get, especially if you don't know a good place to hunt, which I don't. Can anyone at least give me a level 45 respawn db hunting area that I can start clearing out?

What's a good level of low level to hunt with? also, I've also heard that there's good races too, like the Majin or Namek starting zone can get better drops than the Human Starting Zone, and stuff like that.
