That could be a GM and that guild can be like a GM guild or something lol

This is vey true...... GMs can't even trade players.. You can duel them but you going to lose but this is very interesting to see.

So...It seems like the GM's stay with players with they're normal characters? Tell me if im wrong.

GM's most likely have either gm or a idfferent coloured name, probably a glitch.

this is just a glicth, my guild friend is lv 38 but one day shows lv 20, just a glicth

It's weird because I can't do adult quest even though I'm level 30, I break box get that item thats a quest then i talk to dude to complete it and the guy across from him doesn't give me a quest AND I already killed 10 boars from that girl aswell when I was level 29.
