yeh u will get all of those items.

a dragonball chip allows u to hunt for tier 2 balls. Tier 2 dbs are the real deal. You need them to wish for either transformations, dragon buffs, amour, weapons and HTB2.

The quest for the 7th DB requires you to enter the dungeon(south) and defeat a boss and 6 of his adds. Did it with 2 people: me lvl 20 and one 21.
Adds respawn too fast to just kill all so i pulled boss from next to the tents on the left.

What am I supposed to do for the 2nd dragonball quest?

I just got DB number 3, and I was wondering, what is that item that you get with it from the same quest?

additional quest item. just right click it when its in your inventory.
