4. No offense, but I doubt you have any experience using the move fear if your character is only level 29, so you can't make comments about what it would potentially do, and fear moves don't just make someone run in the opposite direction of you, but erratically in any given direction so you're not always going to have that 1.5x damage benefit. Another thing is, in most mmo's I've played, fear has been designed to prevent things such as making someone run out of an arena, especially in pvp. Mind you this game is still rough, so that's probably not the case, but it is one safe to assume.

Also furthermore, the only pvp that really matters is the budokai tournaments (Which again if you're only level 29 on your namek, and have no characters above level 30, you wouldn't have experience in the 30-55 budokai) and again, as I stated, has already been proven that in a 1 on 1 fight, Dark Warriors will win over most any class as was proven after the last 30-55 budokai. The fact that this same DW also made it through the preliminary rounds, also means that he was able to kill people.

5. The spiritual damage buff isn't only a damage buff, but also spiritual defense buff as you would already know. So I wouldn't invest in it solely for a damage increase, but the pull aggro with hellzone grenade is nice, regardless, again this all just goes back to my point that if you're going to be a dark warrior, you're either going to build yourself as a tank, or a tank/pvp hybrid like the dude was who won budokai.

While I don't have any experience using the skill Fear, I've been asking a friend of mine, whose name on the forums I happen to forget. From his experience with the move, it could make you run out of bounds. Carefully timing a few moves to coincide with your opponent being turned around, while I've never had the opportunity to try it for myself, shouldn't be impossible. But you are right when you say I haven't got the experience of testing it out myself, and I doubt I will until I have more free time.

I'm well aware that the buff increases spiritual defense. However, I'd say damage is the main reason one would use it. The Makai Warrior tree already has a skill that increases spiritual defense by a substantial ammount. It almost seems unnesscary if you don't remember the damage boost.

I've got one question because I can't remember stuff..
When can I become Dark Warrior and how and where?

Naturally, you must first get to level 30 as a namekian warrior, then do your aging quest, and when presented, choose the claws as your weapon of choice. Once this is done, you must do another quest in order to obtain the Dark Warrior Master Class.

Enh, again, it still sticks for MMO's and I still stand by the statement that "Everything counts in small amounts". Also most notably, different bosses in different TMQ's have different High Damage attacks. Android8000 in Tmq2 is a good example as he has a very hard hitting, physical damage knockdown, and then again, in Tmq2, Raditz has a hard hitting Spiritual ability knockdown. So it's good to have all the defenses you can get really.

Edit: Enh, if fear works that way, then at some point or another, should this game continue to progress, it would more than likely be fixed, as to be able to dominate someone and eliminate them from a pvp match simply by using one ability seems fairly overpowered to me.

Alright thanks for the advice guys i think im probably gonna go with the dark warrior as i know how powerful huge burst heals can be in both PVP and PVE and how useful and AOE taunt is. Would it be worth it to move points around to get Mystic Attack or Charged Masenko? If so which is better? It wouldnt feel very dragonball without ki blasts, however id feel much more comfortable if i still had my good ol' trusty death grip handy in a new mmosmile (my primary experience tanking comes from the blood death knight in WoW) Also exactly how do i get manuals of respec (or whatever they are called) and how important is gear/what stats should i focus on as a dark warrior?

I would say both the Arm Stretch and the Super Masenko are useful while you are leveling. You could use Arm Stretch to pull in certain mobs that don't like coming close to you or try to run away form you (like those walruses with shotguns). Charged Masenko will make for a good pulling skill since it has a good amount od damage and can be used on multiple enemies.

At the endgame though you wont need either of them and you have the option to remove them to get/improve better skills, provided that you have the reset book. To get the skill reset book you have to either purchase it from the in-game cash shop using real money (~$11), or purchase it for 9-12 million zeni in-game, or get it for free from an event (events happen frequently so don't worry).

About the gear, you wont really have to worry about that in this game (especially after level 20). Before level 20, your quests' rewards will keep you supplied with armor meant for your class. For levels 20-30, you will receive a pack of Rare-type gear from Shenlong when you make your first wish with the quest-tier dragon balls. After level 30, all of the TMQs, when completed, will reward you with a choice of either Excellent-type or Legendary-type armor pieces for your chest, legs and boots. The armor pieces that you get from the TMQs will always be for your own class and will have stats that are always set specifically of your class. The Shenlong and TMQ armor are usually the best ones for your class as you're leveling up.
