Actually he can. Without his gear he still has (For some reason) 40k Hit rate, 20k Dodge Rate. I just got a lucky hit and hit him exactly when the match started. Look it says there "Start - MajinVegeta has won the duel". He beat almost everyone that was there.

so.. a GM shows in the middle on plat on Hong Kong server, and everybody just stand up watching him kissing his armour... OK probably i will do the same BUT...

No, he actually said in straight english "Go away". Right when he showed himself, about 20 people were on him within 1min. They kept calling "GM, GM, GM, GM" So he said "Go Away" and left Korin and went to West City and opened a shop and sold some items ... I wasn't fast enough to get an item though D:<

So if a GM of the HK server answer their people like that.. shows that they don't have patience, they don't give a sh*t, i'm sorprised that he didn't say "Paypal!!" instead "Go Away".....

It seems like even the GM's are bored of this game ha ha ha ha.
