So mainly all this is, is a scouter with no upgrades possible and all 3 basic features, and even just clicking on an enemy gets you stats and powerlevel? That would get annoying really fast.

Well you can just turn it off. Really if you try it you will love it . Also when you see a high PL the scouter explodes lol
