Still a bit confused, but here, it's like that for the crane buff too.

+1 and more logic than all other explanations ^^

Cranes resistance buff is still the same, same with the Ultimate buff. So guys use the classes buffs as refrences

Success rate usually has a higher number than resistance anyhow

Success rate max is in Mid 200s
Resistance max is low 100s
