on HK kaioken got nerfed to hell with crit rate. KR i don't know but that might be some sort of the "balance" they are talking about in the update
so what? kaioken still give attack damage and attack speed. without attack speed capped its awesome to use the kaioken just at level 1, and from what i've heard the drain got lowered also... its not bad at all.
