Citrinate, You really need to do something.

We can't solely blame Cit for this. Blame the people who don't read the Forum Rules before using them.

I'm not saying you're wrong; people should post things where they belong. It keeps me from having to read through 80+ bs threads to find something that actually belongs there. I'm simply pointing out that since the majority of our players are playing on TW, the majority of these misplaced threads are coming from TW. Like I said, if HK was the majority then people would be saying this same exact thing about HK. If most KR players didn't know the netmarble site, we'd have people complaining about this site being taken over by KR players.

I'm not saying you're wrong; as I've stated people need to learn where to post things. But simply getting mad at TW players because the majority of the players are from TW and don't bother to read over the forum rules isn't going to help.

Who cares if TW is majority, there is a TW discussion tell them to use it.

As far as having more admins that will be active, the problems with that are:
1) Choosing who will become admins.
2) You have to worry about those that have become admins going on some power trip and tossing their weight around unnecessarily thinking "THEY R GAWD", thus making you look like an idiot for appointing them in the first place. Seen it happen all to often on forums sadly smh >,<;

We didn't necessarily mean more mods. We have plenty of active mods right now. They just need to enforce the correct forum for the threads and move them where they belong.

I'm not blaming cit. He has the authority to take this website down if he wants to. He can at least make it a rule or better yet post something saying All threads should be posted in their correct forum. If you have a problem do not post it in gameplay or general discussion, post it in your version discussion.

If people don't read what's said now about posting things in their correct forum, I doubt they'd read it even if Cit posted it. People are too lazy nowadays to bother with anything like that -_-;

I agree completely. This is not a TW only forum. However the only thing Cit can do is make the mods do their job and move the wrongfully placed threads in the version discussion forums where they belong. As I've said many times, people are too stupid to read anything beyond the post new thread button.

This is a place for the english community of all versions. Last I checked, its still the same game we are talking about here, dragonball online. Only difference is, the game play mechanics between all versions with HK and KR having the same crit system/different balances/the cooldown system being different.

All I can say is, why is it such a massive concern to why someone placed a thread in an incorrect place? Its not something to make a big deal over and move sites over something simple like this. If you have a problem, report the thread and a mod will move it as quickly as they can.

I recently heard that this site is for TW and KR members should go to Netmarble.net. At first i thought the person who said this was crazy and that Dbocom was a place for all English members to get together. I was dead wrong. It turns out the site has been taken over by TW. Don't believe me? Look at the discussions. General discussion has apparently turned into a place where TW players talk about their errors. Gameplay discussion is a place where TW players talk about whatever. TW discussion doesn't need to exist anymore because every discussion apparently is the TW discussion. Players need to stop this and mods need to monitor the forums. I suggest that cit and other mods strongly encourage players to put their threads in the right discussion and move threads into their correct forum. Make a new rule if you have to i honestly don't care. If something doesn't change, i'll be taking my business to Netmarble's Dbo community. I also know a few KR players that will gladly come with me.

-Almost former Dbocom member

I understand your concerns wholeheartedly. Usually, I'm the one who does a whole heck of a lot of moving threads from the General Discussion areas and such to their proper forums, but I've been out a lot due to the fact that I'm spending some time with my granny. Another mod or two would certainly help, as even I can't be everywhere at once. I actually went and moved half of the threads from the General Discussion area over to their proper places as soon as I got home this evening. It's very difficult for the handful of staff members we have to really get things done.

This isn't something you should be bothered about, though. It's just a result of the fact that we have a large number of newcomers (and, indeed, noobs) on the forums here. These people are the kind of folks who haven't read the rules anyway, like half of the people who post in threads saying that they want to be Super Saiyans.

As far as having more admins that will be active, the problems with that are:
1) Choosing who will become admins.

Eh, we've picked good moderators before. You don't see Jaxill and I saying we're gods, do you? No, that's best left to folks like Pein.

Unfortunately, I understand what you're saying about people who think they're gods on the internet, as I've been disgusted enough by this practice that I've left a number of sites in my day, at least two on day one. But I think we can pick people who wouldn't abuse their powers.

We didn't necessarily mean more mods. We have plenty of active mods right now. They just need to enforce the correct forum for the threads and move them where they belong.

Hey, I try, you know? ;-;

This is one of those points where I'm kind of sad that I'm not God. XD Trust me, I'd love to make a bunch of rules to keep idiots from posting the same stupid stuff over and over in the wrong sections, but it's not in my jurisdiction.

But I think what ultimately needs to be said at the end of the day is that this isn't the fault of the administration, it's the fault of the players and the site users for not posting in the proper areas. You're right in that they do need to post in the proper section. We just get so much of this stuff from people like them that it's difficult to keep track of it all.

so, your annoyed because people are always spamming up other topic sections like general and gameplay with loads of taiwan problems etc. That is annoying but it does get moves once a mod sees it. you cant get annoyed at cit because people do it, its their fault not cits or mods; all they can do is move it when they see it.

Tbh i see the majority of the community as: see a problem in game, make an account, ask question in general and then probably only ever comes back to ask more questions.

This is why im not liking this new chat system, no one uses it tbh apart from loads of guests just constantly asking questions on how to solve their problems and how to get the game. They dont even search the forum and even ask where the english patch is (its the first thing you see at the top yet they scroll down to chat?!)

tl;dr, i kind of agree but its not the mods fault, all they can do is move it. blame the ones who dont think when posting

Ok like people said the majority of this community is playing TW version. If u are blaming Cit because some people (kids mostly probably) put threads in wrong categories then that's kinda stupid.

Taiwanese errors & problems? Well people need help and this is probably the right place for them to ask for it. If you have or any of your KR friends have a problem with KR version they/you can post it here.

This site/community is free and Cit is hosting it...he probably has a job and a life that he has to take care of that's why there are mods. But the mods are not being paid for doing their job so u can't blame em either can u o.o?

Ignore the people telling KR players to leave they are kinda ... how do i put it? Stupid.
KR is the mother of DBO i don't play it but i like the news from KR so i can expect & know what'll/should come to the next versions sooner or later.

Some dont understand that TW is the most popular version for all 3 version with Hk coming next so you cant switch just because one has more post.

What might help is if there is a selection before u create the thread saying "TW KR or HK" so it can automatically go to the right selection. Citinrate look at that idea^^
