If you get lvl 30 you'll use it for class advancement quest, you need only 1.

Does anybody know what this orange ticket does? Also the white paper just below it that looks like a newspaper. And where do i find keys to open the treasure chests on the left. Thank-you for anybody who can answer my questions!

Well the chest is opened by the mysterious key Cimbor was asking about ^_^ (Gold ones are for lvl 31-55 chest and silver one are for lvl 1-30 chests).

About orange ticket and white paper, I still have the same question, unanswered yet.
