Updates for these kinds of games can take hours, it's not something that happens very quickly as there's a lot of things developers need to do in order to update. So it might take them a while, I recommend being patient and everything.
i just asked what there is today patch XD i only know about the lvl 55 patch but even thought its not take quick,adding a lvl cup should take less than the time they took,so there is must be somthing new
