At level 21 you're ready to leave, so just follow the path on the southwest corner of the map and you should find a Teleporter and some quest givers on the way.

oh i have finished the dragonballs quest. lol so level 21.... ahhh back to more questing

It shouldn't be hard finding quests at that level, at least. Good luck!

go in you inventory and where the little rock thing with white TW over, click the rock thing and then right click your purple karma mask in your inventory

for the wolves just go to the dungeon type area in kokkara i recommend being lvl 23 cuz they will call for help and hunt u down

i believe a bull has it near the area where u go to get the dash skill
