With straight people that have nothing against gay marriage, they could one day get bored and experiment, one thing leads to another and the next thing they know sausage is their new favourite kind of meat.

What most people in this thread don't seem to understand (just speaking in general, sorry if this offends anyone) is that every human being has the right to be who they want to be and to do what they want to do. Denying gay people the right to get married is just plain stupid, because ask yourself this: Does them getting married affect your life in any way? Would your world suddenly be turned upside down? It's not like they're denying you the right to live or eat your favorite food or do whatever you like to do so why try and deny them the right to marry the person they love, which is marriage Imo.

Another thing is gay people being able to adopt children. Some say it will ruin the child's life or make them a target for bully's or even 'scar' them for life. If gay people aren't allowed to adopt children in the eye's of those people then why can they let their sperm be implanted in a surrogate mother? (I'm not 100% sure if I said it right or if it indeed is allowed but it brings up a good point Imo) Is it because the end result is still intercourse between a man and a woman? Well that's ridiculous because the newly born child will still be raised by a gay couple.

To end I'd just like to say that if what someone else does, no matter what it is and no matter how 'wrong' it seems to you does not affect you in any way then why bring up religion or any other thing to try and bring them down when they're not harming you in any way? Sorry if I offended anyone with this post but I just wanted to say my opinion on gay marriage and what I've read in this thread.

Why gays are not allowed to adopt kids? U know doesnt matter how ur parents are black yellow gay trans or wathrver u will always love the persons that love u and feeds u everyday with who u are day and night besides gays can find a mothrr to be a donor mum

It's not that gays aren't allowed to, it's that in order to adopt you have to show that you can provide the child with the needed care in a stable home(documentation etc etc). Often the person in charge see's a gay couple trying to adopt, and either puts a stop to it or gives them a hard time.

anyway, no matter what people think or believe in now, things will change and gay married couples will be the normality in every state of our world in some years cause all this hate toward gays come from dull people who cant accept that some people can be different. this is simply a form of racism just like it was with black people decades ago and will come to an end when humanity will grow up enough to accept it and dont see it anymore as a "bad" thing.
