Wouldn't SSJ be a lv50 required, dragonball wish required skill....
^^ Yes SSJ is stronger then Kaioken, however Kaioken is a lv35 skill ^^
Also SSJ has a 1 hour cooldown where KK only has 6 minutes....

The first technique isn't the Bakurikimaha. To be honest, I've never seen that before, and let's not forget who I am here! Second one checks out good. I didn't realize that was what the techinque did. The third one looks a lot like the Choubakurestumaha, but it didn't seem to damage Piccolo when he used it, and it covered a much larger radius, as well as created an explosion. I think it might be a different technique all together.
As much as I'd like it, there isn't any regeneration technique in the game that Namekians can use, and "body division," as you put it, is a technique used exclusively in filler.

Nope, he grabs his hand when he uses that. I'm almost completely sure that's the Bakurikimaha, though.
The technique was originally used by Piccolo Daimao. He uses it twice during his battle with Son Goku. Piccolo also uses it to deliever what he thinks will be a finishing blow during the 23rd Tenkaichi Budokai, but Goku dodges it. The scuffle with Raditz is the last time it's seen. It's characterized by the fact that it the user's body usually emits electricity-like ki while it's being charged and that when it's used, the user grips one hand with the other.

The Gekiretsu Kodan is also present in the lvl 30 HTB. Just like how Burning Attack isn't present as a skill but the swordsmen can use it in their HTB's.

I have a quick question. I'm sure it's been answered before, but I used search and couldn't find it. I know in most Korean MMO's i've played there's a way to reset skill points (usually by buying a cash-shop item). I just wanted to know if there was a way in this game as well. Also how would I go about doing it?

Yeah, there's a cash shop item you can buy for it. You might be able to buy it from another player for a few million Zenni.
