Im here with a problem today. You see i had an very good Fighter-stick that i used then there was another option @ the upgrade merchant i clicked on that and used on my stick now my stick is gone. This is what i did get in exchange: Plz tell me what this is, thank you.

top left item is the level 30 quest item to become adult , one below that is for ud1 it opens the gate where the npc's are trapped one below that is for the first bit of ud1 after you get through the gate i mean you have 3 gates inside go to where there look's like there should be a lever and left click the pannel then right click the item , the one on the bottom right is dynamite there is a wall to the left as you go into the room with the first ultra left click the wall then right click the dynamite then turn around there will be a round dynamite plunger right click that and BOOM !!! 3 super snakes appear , other 2 are just quests right click them and quests should pop up

guys what is this item and where can I get it? and this one 
need hellp finding what are these items written in them quest items but I dont have quests for any of them
if anyone can tell me what is this I would be appreciated
