What do you mean? i followed the video and after the faster dash he goes staright t othe namek at lvl 30 :/

go back to korin tower and check. also check your quests to see if for some reason the fly quest is still there. check your inventory for flight scroll and then once you've done all that, go to namek and see if he has quest. if he does not, i dont know what else to tell you.

Yea go to Korin Tower theres one with Afro hair he will give you scroll use it and wait till dispaper! Then go to namek in Korin Village.When you talk to him youll get 9 new quest to do after that your finished you get flying and 10 ultraaa speed dashing scrolls! :D i think >.<

how do you do the first quest for human flying

I can't take my quest of level 25 =/ i've used the 2 scrolls and i took level 25 and don't have any quest to take ..( i'm human )

=/ i'm lvl 30 with master class and still didn't having any quest to take on korim's tower..

you sure you made master class you wear a stic and all normal? and its not on korin its tat afro guy you have to tallk to which send you in koren TOWN and do the big quest :P
