You should have an X on your majin map near bus stop. Go there and right click the red egg and complete the quest.

It's a dougi attribute ball. If you use it on a dougi (literally traslated : Martial Arts outfit; it's those Dragon Ball character outfits you see people wearing around), you can have it give stats. However, there's a chance that the item will fail and your dougi will blow up.

Actually it is spelt "dōgi" or translated "道着" it would mean training clothes.
Keikogi also is another word for dogi.

Also i have used 7 Dogi balls and not one of mine have been destroyed.
