edit: Turns out that for ALL my quests I had to kill enemies in that dungeon full of these mouses and I had to kill some bosses there that were super easy to kill, and then I had to kill 5 wolves for the last DragonBall and then I killed the Panda boss. I died once but I didn't care since I used the respawn glitch and kicked both of their butts (I killed 5 wolves but I still killed the wolf because both the wolf and panda attacked me).

Im not 100% sure of what you're asking for, but i know that the quest chain starts on the "x" on the map in the link. and just make sure you keep the quest chain going and if you just put it by itself on the quest box, you should finish it pretty quick.

Try using your yellow scouter chip. It will show you any quests that you never did yet on your map. To use it just turn your scouter on and select the option to use the chip. You should have gotten it in the beginning of the game. If you don't have it, that probably means you accidentally deleted it or sold it. If that is the case, just buy one from any scouter vendor and find it in the second tab.
