1: This open beta is the official open of the server or the characters will deleted in future?

2: the lvl up is limitated of lvl 38?

3: I'm a spirtualis i must grow up the M.Def or the energy def?

1. The characters will likely be kept, as they were during the Korean open beta.

2. Yeah, leveling is limited to 38 at the moment.

3. Not sure what you're asking here. Could you explain it better?

2. at the moment the cap is 38, it will be raised

You get the first 7 balls by doing quests from lvl 1 to 20. After that you need to wait for Dragon Ball events at which you can use your special chip you get to find Dragon Balls .
