Idk what this item is for, I just know its for a use in scout, i got plenty of those and i dunno how to use em. If someone feels like explanning it for me plz do it. XD

it goes in your scouter...

It is used to increase your scouter power, meaning you have a more bigger range to detect quests or something like that.

The scouter has a limited power restriction. Check your scouter near the skill bar to see it.

The scouter(especially the base one) has a limited power supply and can only handle so many add-ons. Check the items description and you'll see something like 78 EP or something. That particular add-on would add 78 to your EP. Make sure to keep the yellow chip in it, as that is your quest chip, which allows you to tell if the monster is needed to be killed for a quest you're on.
